ACEC/PA Member Firms

ACEC/PA presents a strong, unified voice in state and local policy debates to help ensure that member firms can compete fairly in an increasingly aggressive global market. ACEC/PA maintains a close working relationship with state departments and agencies as rules, regulators, and contracting principles are developed and adopted. It is also the goal of ACEC/PA to increase awareness and educate the general public, prospective students, and political figures on the important role that engineers play in society; promote the importance of the engineering profession to the United States and global economy; and foster the education of future generations of engineering professionals.

TESTIMONIALS

ACEC/PA is different from many professional associations in that they focus on the issues that directly influence the bottom lines of our business.  They advocate for and advance the hot issues that are most important to the engineering community and to promoting our firm’s success in a business friendly environment.  They do a lot of things that other associations do, such as technical seminars and social events, but those are more peripheral than their main, bottom line initiatives.  Eric Madden and his outstanding staff at ACEC/PA provide our firm and our industry with exceptional service and it is apparent that they are dedicated to making us all successful. ”

Sean Henderson, P.E. | Pennsylvania Transportation Practice Leader

"ACEC/PA is the central hub for engineering companies in Pennsylvania.  ACEC/PA provides support to its member organizations by acting as a government liaison and keeping us informed on a wide variety of issues that affect public policy and the engineering profession."

Margaret Talarico, P.E., LEED AP BD+C | Principal | Foresight Construction Services, LLC

"As an active committee member of ACEC/PA for many years, I am privileged to have learned more about the consulting engineering industry from ACEC/PA than any other resource at my disposal. And the professional contacts I have made will be invaluable to me throughout my career as well as making lifelong friendships—a winning proposition from every perspective."
